Warranty & QC Out Operator – Robotics (M/F)

In order to strengthen our Supply Chain department in Europe for our Belrobotics & ECHO Robotics brands, we are looking for a Warranty & Quality Control Out Operator – Robotics(M/F) to join our team, based in Wavre, Belgium.
Under the supervision of the Head of the Robotics Supply Chain Department, based on an excellent knowledge of our products and processes, you will be in charge of the analysis of the warranty claims received from our customers, and of the quality inspection of the products and components delivered to our customers.
Let’s talk about your role
Warranty Claims Operator
- Management of warranty claims received from our customers
- Participation to products improvement meetings with the R&D team
- Extraction of information from data base for deeper analysis &/or reporting
- Upon request, collecting the problematic components to keep them available for analysis by the R&D Team
- Being one of the contact persons for the customers about quality issues & improvements (including packaging)
- Participation in continuous improvement of processes
- Participation in the achievement of the objectives of the Supply Chain Department and of the Company
- Back-up of other functions in the Supply Chain Team whenever needed (for example : during the holidays)
Quality Control Out Operator
- Inspection of products released by our production team to ensure compliance with our quality standards
- Checking the production in progress (pre-delivery audit)
- Inspection of spare parts and sub-assemblies before shipment to our customers
- Reporting of issues encountered during the quality control
Your Profile
- You have a Technical Background (electronics, electro-mechanics, maintenance of industrial equipment…);
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in French & English;
- You are well organized, dynamic, proactive and have good communication skills;
- You have excellent priority setting and time management skills;
- You are a problem-solver;
- You are assertive, diplomatic, flexible, rigorous & customer-oriented;
- You have an eagerness to learn and a willingness to evolve in a fast changing organization.
Geographical scope
We encourage and support flexibility by enabling our employees to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
Easy reachable by car and public transportation, our office is located in Wavre, 25km south of Brussels.
